Terms of use

Draft — to be reviewed before launch.

The service

Elshafra helps a person who finds a lost child contact the child’s family by scanning the bracelet. It is a helping tool, not a guarantee: it only works if someone finds the child, scans the bracelet and has a working internet connection.

Your account

You must be an adult and the parent or legal guardian of the children you add. Keep your phone and your sign-in safe.

Information you add

Keep your child’s information and the phone numbers correct and up to date. Only add contacts who agreed to be called about your child.

Bracelets

Each bracelet links to one child at a time. If a bracelet is lost, damaged, or already activated by someone else, contact us; we may block it and help you replace it.

Fair use

Do not misuse the finder page, send false alerts, harass parents or try to reach data that is not yours. We may block bracelets or accounts that are misused.

Emergencies

In an emergency, always call the police or emergency services. Elshafra does not replace them.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep Elshafra running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for harm caused by the service being unavailable or by incorrect information.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
